HANDBALANCING | BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH
Sondre has been exploring, researching and training bodyweight strength, handbalancing, acrobatics and other loosely defined movement terms for nearly a decade. Since 2015 he has coached both adults and youngsters, from those who never did a pushup to strong athletes in need of technical training.
YOGA
Francesca is a certified yoga instructor with a background in professional ballet, having performed with the Royal Ballet, Zurich Opera House, and Den Norske Opera & Ballett. After years of intense training, she turned to yoga as a tool for healing, balance, and strength.
With a 500-hour Ashtanga RYT and authorization from Manju Jois, she has led teacher trainings and retreats, sharing her expertise in flexibility, strength, and breathwork.
Francesca’s teaching blends discipline, mindfulness, and movement, helping movers connect with their bodies and build resilience through practice.
ACROYOGA | HANDBALANCING | CAPOEIRA & BREAKEDANCE
For over 15 years, Theo Necker has immersed himself in a wide range of movement disciplines, from Parkour,
Breakdance, and Capoeira to Handbalancing, Yoga, and Meditation. Through this journey, he discovered that the most valuable skill is not just movement itself—but the art of teaching it.
Theo is passionate about bridging movement and mindfulness, helping movers develop a deeper understanding of their bodies and capabilities. His coaching blends fluidity, strength, and awareness, empowering others to explore their potential and move with greater confidence and control.
HANDSTANDS | STRENGTH | MOBILITY
Coach Chala, a free spirit from Montana, USA, grew up as a competitive gymnast but stepped away from the sport due to injuries. Her experience with destructive training fueled a passion for building strength in a healthier, sustainable way.
Specializing in handstands, strength, and mobility, Chala helps movers reconnect with their bodies and unlock pain-free strength and new skills. Whether coaching handstands, gymnastics, CrossFit, or strength conditioning, she focuses on body awareness, teaching when to push and when to recover.
MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY
Before starting his flexibility journey, Matt struggled to sit upright on the floor. Determined to improve, he went on a long journey of research and experimentation. This led him to live with Shaolin Monks and work with top coaches like Charles Poliquin. By combining these influences, Matt developed the method that helped him and his students achieve the splits, full overhead range and more. Most notably, Matt coached 50m freestyle swimmer Cameron McEvoy to win Olympic gold in Paris 2024 - the fastest swimmer in the world.
YOGA | MOBILITY | FESTIVAL CO PRODUCER
Marie is an international wellness curator and fitness coach with a strong background in movement. Her experience from dancing (15 yeras) and gymnastics (6 years) has given her exceptional control and understanding of the body. Additionally, she has completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training, further deepening her knowledge of anatomy and movement.
Marie is passionate about guiding participants in a way that provides them with the knowledge they need to achieve their physical goals.
TRAIL RUNNING | FESTIVAL MANAGER
