    What is the MultiStrap?

    The MultiStrap is a multifunctional tool for bodyweight strength, mobility and flexibility training, traditional fitness training and yoga. Made to have endless of uses it is the ultimate minimalist equipment for bodyweight and movement training.

    While it will have a variety of stand alone use cases, it is carefully designed to use it in combination with other products of Movement Made to further improve their functionality. 

    From a resistance adjustment system in combination with the rubber bands, or adjustable yoga/stretching strap, to quick set-up for the minimalist gym rings, simplistic weight belt, or door anchor. Only creativity will limits its use cases.

    Excellent combined with rubber bands: 

    The idea behind combining the MultiStrap with the rubber bands is that the “steps”, or the loops of the MultiStrap will make it possible to adjust the anchor point of the rubber bands (the point where the rubber bands are attached). This will again make it possible to adjust the resistance provided by the rubber bands in a stepwise manner and thus fill the ”resistance gap” between the rubber bands. In other words, complete progressional freedom from 1-50kg assistance, or resistance can be achieved 

    The MultiStrap will also make new exercises and drills available where you traditionally would need to use a longer rubber band. In fact, we have successfully designed a series of exercises and drills with complete progressional freedom that will completely replace weights for lower body strength training. As an example - The equivalent resistance made available for the squat by using the rubber bands + the MultiStrap + exercise modifications will be from 35kg assistance - 140kg resistance (exact and accurate measurements to be performed).

    The perfect weightbelt!

    This multistrap works really well as a weightbelt. Especially if you, like me, don't do super heavy lifts. I mostly work with 20-50kg, and for that purpose it does a great job. The fact that it essentially takes up no place in my already stuffed gym bag is my favorite thing about this product!

    Multistrap is just perfect.
    Small, functional and light.

    It just gets dirty pretty fast so maybe a dark variation would be nice
